بيبسيكو مصر ترعى مسابقة “إناكتس” لريادة الأعمال وتشارك بمسابقة دور لبكره

قامت بيبسيكو مصر برعاية المسابقة السنوية لمنظمة “إناكتس” العالمية في مصر للعام الثاني على التوالي، والتي تستهدف مساعدة المواهب الشابة من الطلاب أصحاب الأفكار الإبداعية على تحويل أفكارهم إلى مشروعات على أرض الواقع، بما يساعد على تنميه المجتمع. وحرصت الشركه على تقديم مسابقة جديدة تحت مسمى “دور لبكرة” Recycle for tomorrow، التي قدمت ل10 فرق من المشاركين جائزة، وذلك بهدف تشجيع الشباب على تنفيذ أفكارهم المبتكرة والجديدة لحل المشاكل البيئية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

شهد حفل توزيع الجوائز حضور محمد شلباية رئيس مجلس إدارة بيبسيكو مصر، والذي تم اختياره عضواً بلجنة تحكيم إناكتس مصر، وذلك تقديرا من المنظمة لدور بيبسيكو في دعم وتنمية القدرات الشبابية في مختلف المجالات على مدار تاريخها في مصر. وفاز هذا العام فريق جامعة عين شمس بالمركز الأول وفريق جامعة حلوان بالمركز الثاني بينما جاء فريق جامعة AASTفي المركز الثالث.

أعرب محمد شلباية عن سعادته باستمرار مشاركة بيبسيكو مصر في هذا الحدث الذي يدعم المهارات الشبابية ويساهم في تنميتهم وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل المصري، وتحويل أفكارهم وأحلامهم لحقيقة واقعية، وذلك تماشياً مع استراتيجية الشركة الممتدة لدعم وتمكين الشباب. وأضاف: “فخور جدا بالنماذج الشبابية المشاركة في المسابقة، والتي أظهرت قوة مصر في شبابها الواعد والذي يمثل 60 % تقريبا من نسيج المجتمع المصري”. وأكد على أهمية تعظيم دور الدولة والقطاع الخاص ومنظمات المجتمع المدني في الاهتمام بالشباب والعمل على مساعدتهم لتحقيق رؤياهم وأفكارهم، بما يتماشى مع رؤية مصر 2030.

وأضاف شلباية: “أن مشاركة بيبسيكو مصر هذا العام لم تقتصر فقط على الدعم المادي، بل حرصنا على أن نقوم بتقديم الدعم المعنوي والمعرفي للمتسابقين، إضافة إلى تقديم مسابقة جديدة تحت مسمى “دور لبكرة” Recycle for tomorrow، وذلك بهدف تشجيع الشباب على تنفيذ أفكارهم المبتكرة والجديدة لحل المشاكل البيئية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

وأشار إلى إن بيبسيكو مصر على مدار تاريخ عملها في المجتمع المصري وهي تعمل على تقديم الدعم الكامل لدعم الشباب وذلك من خلال عدة برامج تنموية مجتمعية مثل هاكاثون مصر 2030 الذي يهدف لتوفير الدعم المعرفي والمادي لرواد الأعمال لإتاحة لهم الفرص للوصول لأفكار مشاريع مبتكرة تساهم في حل أبرز التحديات في المجتمع ومساعدتهم على تنفيذ مشروعاتهم على أرض الواقع. ذلك بالإضافة إلى دوري بيبسي للمدارس الذي استطاع على مدار 17 عاماً أن يخرج لنا أكثر من 12 موهبة أصبحوا نجوم منتخب مصر.
