شملت حركة تنقلات الداخلية تغيير 11 مدير قطاع وذلك بهدف ضخ دماء جديدة في شرايين الوزارة والاستفادة من الكوادر الشابة، حيث أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، حركة تنقلات الشرطة السنوية، وذلك في إطار ضخ دماء جديدة في جهاز الشرطة، حيث جرى العرف أن يتم إجراء حركة تنقلات سنوية.

وجاءت حركة التنقلات إدراكاً لأهمية وقيمة مواصلة تطوير آليات العمل الشرطى لمواجهة التحديات الأمنية والتوافق مع متطلبات المرحلة الحالية، فقد جاءت حركة ترقيات وتنقلات ضباط الشرطة لعام 2022 مواكبة لسياسة وتوجهات الدولة فى تصعيد العناصر الشابة للاستفادة بها فى كافة مجالات العمل الأمنى، من خلال التوسع فى حركة ترقيات الرتب العليا والوسطى لإعداد جيل جديد من القيادات الشابة كنواة للقيادة الشرطية المستقبلية
